to handle customer questions and phone orders.
Rapid Satellite offers a wide variety of DIRECTV and HughesNet packages to customers
in all 50 states. Rapid Satellite customers can choose single or multi-room
installations, satellite receivers with or without TiVo-brand digital video recorders,
and optional high definition (HDTV) receiver and satellite dishes.
Rapid Satellite aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction (by their own calculation
they achieved a 96% satisfaction rate over the last year). To achieve this goal they
